  • Ayurveda Theory Class (3: Knowledge of Ayurveda and Yogic Body -2 Hrs)

  • Ayurveda Theory Class (4: Knowledge of Mahabhutas and Tridoshas -2 Hrs)

  • Today it is rest day for better healing. No external therapy this day.
  • Personalised internal medicines intake (Kashayams, Tablets etc-)
  • Visit to ancient Mahavishnu Temple at Wayanad.
  • Visit to Banasura Sagar Dam / Meenmutty water falls/ forest trekking.

  • Morning yoga & meditation
